Family-owned and operated since 2008, Aloha Construction brings over a decade of experience and knowledge to the industry. Led by CEO, Dave Farbaky, Aloha brought in the coveted BBB Torch Award awarded to companies who “have distinguished themselves as a business that operates in an ethical manner” in 2017.
This recent success doesn’t mean that they’ve forgotten where they come from. Aloha Construction has made it their mission to not only dominate the construction world but to have an impact in their local community as well.
Here are 6 organizations that Aloha Construction supports around the Illinois and southern Wisconsin area.
USHL Hockey Team: Central Illinois Flying Aces
As a huge sports fan himself, CEO Dave Farbaky knew he could use his powerful business standing to support the local United States Hockey League team, the Central Illinois Flying Aces. As a member of their Booster Club, Aloha Construction provides valuable backing to the team.
Lake Zurich High School Football
High School football is huge around these parts and Aloha made sure to get out its support early for the Lake Zurich High School football team. The Bears put up an undefeated season in 2017 and while we can’t say that it’s directly due to the support of the company, the support doesn’t hurt.
Camp One Step
Housed at Illinois State University, Camp One Step provides an invaluable service to the community that Aloha go out of their way to support. Camp One Step provides children who’ve been diagnosed with cancer the chance to live life to the fullest. Providing camps that get the children active and engaged all year round is their core mission.
OMNI Youth Services
Behavioral health is key to a successful life and Aloha partnered with the organization to offer a unique experience to a family of four girls. They provided the family the opportunity to grab anything they could off the shelves of Learning Express in 90 seconds. The family walked away with over $7,000 in new toys.
Bloomington Boys and Girls Club
The Boys and Girls Club has a long and storied history. Aloha Construction wanted to get in on the support of this fine organization in a unique way. They sponsored a “Youth of the Month” at every game throughout the month of March during the Bloomington Thunder USHL season. This put a child and their family in the company’s box seats, completely free of charge.
Kane County Cougars
With local hockey and football teams being supported by the company, baseball is left feeling a little cold. Enter the Kane County Cougars, the local Class A minor league baseball team. The Cougars provide a family friendly outing experience that Aloha looks to elevate. Aloha Construction is doing big things in the world of construction but even bigger things in their local community. Their BBB Torch Award is a testament to the fact that this company is rising above the competition and forging their own way towards success.
